All sales are final after (7) days of receiving items.

Want to Return?

Return Policy : 

If you are not satisfied with the purchase. Once you receive the artwork, you will have (7) days to send it back to the artist. You (the customer) must pay for return shipping. 

Mail to: return address on the package you received.



Please notify me via email:  wgaussoin@gmail.com   with the tracking number of the package you returned that way, I can issue you (the customer) a refund.  Allow approximately 3-5 working days depending on the processing of your bank.   

Shipping and Billing: 

Please allow  up to 7 business days to allow for items to be shipped from our artists to you. Please indicate if your shipping and billing address are different.

Forms of Payment: We use  Square POS . Square accepts all major U.S. credit cards and most internationally issued cards, including those with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay logo. It also accepts consumer credit cards, business credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards.

Stolen or Lost items: Unfortunately, we can not be held liable for items stolen or lost during shipping. I can provide a tracking number for you to contact the carrier.


Repairs or Questions about purchased artwork: 

My work: I guarantee my work. If your jewelry breaks within (14) days of receiving. Ship it back to me and I will happily fix it and send it back to you. After (14) days please contact me for pricing inquiries, if fixable.

Other Artist: I will put you in contact with the artist and it is up to their discretion, as each artist works differently.
